5 Weeks pregnant and terrible back pain!!!

I'm 5weeks pregnant & have been having really bad back pain.. I'm a little worried because when I mentioned it to my OB he wanted to take me off work for a month?!? I've been off a week, I'm just going nuts at home.. Has anyone else experienced anything like this? :/

    I've had the same since 5 weeks.... Some days all I could do was come home and use the back massager. So painful. Never heard anything about taking off work though.

    I had the same at 5 weeks! Just used a heating pad and all was well :) the back pain went away after a week or so!

    I had severe back pain. She told me to take the rest of the day off work and relax. It helped!
