30 weeks and bleeding

Should I be concerned with the bleeding I'm having? It was light pink at first. And it only happened when I wipped. Then I went to the restroom again. And it was a darker red. And now I'm not bleeding. Is this normal??

    Maybe I'm overly cautious, but I would be calling the doctor- while someone drove me to the hospital.

    Two years, two losses and three IUIs...

    According to my 30 week handout my dr gave me, any type of bleeding warrants an immediate trip to L&D

    Yes, as everyone has said definitely go to L&D. On a positive note, I had a pretty severe bleed a week ago that scared me to death. Baby was totally fine and placenta was fine, it just happened to be broken capillaries in my cervix. It looked bad but was harmless but I immediately went to the hospital so they could rule out anything major. They've always been very kind and understanding when I've had to go and always reassure me that I did the right thing by coming in. Please let us know how you and your bun are doing.

    ANYTIME there is bleeding you should call your doctor or L&D at the hospital immediately. Bleeding is something you should take seriously. Don't assume. You never know what's going on.

    I called and the nurse told me as long as I'm not bleeding heavily then there's no concern. She said rest and take Tylenol. My husband called them back and made an appointment for me for Tomarrow morning. My last bleed was dark brown. And now I wipe and there's nothing.

    If it were me I'd go in at any sign of bleeding. I don't care what any nurse says over the phone, I'm going in. But if you are comfortable then that's up to you.

    I agree with @MamaHolland. I'd need the peace of mind. She's not seeing it in person to know for sure or not that it's ok over the phone.

    I went in to L&D when I had my bleed (barely anything) and they were great about it. The nurse said at least 3 times that it's better safe than sorry and while it is likely nothing it is worth going in to double check. Hope all is well :D

    Hi started bleeding I was in the hospital 3 day they got the bleeding to put me on bed rest
