I am so fucking grumpy this AM! I locked myself out of the house for 45 min this AM so that may be adding to it (Edit the rest of this was cut off when posted and I realized this isn't because I quit smoking). Any tips on getting over these spells? I feel like I'm so angry it's giving me anxiety! I'm 7 weeks this week so maybe it's hormones too? I need to balance out because this is not working. When I start feeling this way I get scared I'm going to get PPD again, like if I can't get my hormones and emotions in check now they are going to turn on me after the baby is born.
