Cramping

Has anyone else been experiencing cramping? It comes and goes throughout the day for me, but everytime it comes I get so anxious! It's fairly mild almost like period cramps, but just wondering if I'm alone here!

Re: Cramping

  • Fairly normal. Your body is going through a ton of changes right now. As long as there is no blood along with the cramping, I wouldn't be too worried.

  • I have not experienced any blood at all just these silly cramps
  • Yes. The uterus is doing lots of work and starting to expand. I'm always amazed at what the pregnant body does!

  • Then you should be good. The first few weeks are so nerve-wracking. This is #4 for me and I still get nervous about every little twinge.

  • Cramps are normal. Annoying but normal.
  • Yep - I keep getting cramps and twinges. They seem to get worse in the evening when I sit down and rest.

They are annoying and worry me everyone but everything I read says it is normal as long as no blood.

With my dd I didn't find out I was pregnant until 7 weeks so this early stage is new to me
  • I get them often as well, to the point that now I worry if I don't feel them every so often. :) So nerve-wracking but as PP said, as long as no blood it is totally normal.

  • I have had a ton of cramping, I had a call w. My IVF nurse today and told her about it.  I was told to only be concerned if the cramping is constant for more than 24 hours and if the pain is really bad.   Mild period like cramps that come and go are nothing to worry about and normal

  • This is my first pregnancy and I've been having some cramping as well as back pain. Plus the chairs at work stink.
