This is our baby girls nursery so far, don't have much else to put in it right now, but our baby shower is next weekend

@CaraBoonie I got it at Target online! It wasn't too bad maybe like $60? It's only one size but it's a good size area rug. I love it too!

Since our boy came 11 weeks early we have been really working hard to finish our nursery to help keep me distracted when we aren't at the hospital. It's a lion king/safari theme. My mom made the 5 needle point pictures.

Here is our little boy's room. Still trying to figure out where to put stuff. We plan on adding a glider then the furniture will be done. Theme is Winnie the Pooh.

@Sailorscout82 did you do the white or white stain for your ikea dresser in the picture? I have white for our bathroom in the hemnes line but I'm worrying it won't look white enough in the room! But then I worry the white stain looks too unfinished. Yours looks nice and bright white, that's why I ask!

I don't know how this will look... it's a panorama shot bc of the angle of the room (and admittedly bad lighting). But we're getting excited! We both go stand in there sometimes and picture her in it.

Here's the crib! The rest of the room is still getting put together and I still have to decorate as well. But we have a crib and I love it!!

Thank you! It's the white stain. I refinished a toy box and wanted them both to match lol. It's pretty bright, but it may look brighter against the dark wall. Hope that helps!

Sailorscout82 we have very similar themes! Ours is gray/navy/ light blue with stars and elephants/gifaffes. I'll post a pic when I'm finished. I really like your rug!

Mine is still a work in progress as a lot of the things were re finished or built i asked my dad to build the bookshelf the first image but what he built for me came out even better then the one i found on pinterest i should have known he would go above and beyond he cant do anything simple

We aren't really decorating much as this is a dual-purpose room (it's also my office) buy my husband did build the crib and I wanted to show it off. We've got some art to add once we finish it.

Mine still isn't even close to done and has entirely too much stuff in it right now, but it's coming along slowly but surely! Next step is to find shelves!
