Put your baby in a pumpkin!

hi ladies, long time lurker first time poster here. I've never been big into online forums, but must say thanks for all the advice and relatable/funny stories this board has provided during my first pregnancy and these last 4 crazy months.

Now, on to that thread title. Yes, I saw this on Pinterest, recreated at home, and it was glorious. I can't say the little lady loved it, but she also didn't hate it and it gave mom & dad quite a few laughs. I highly recommend putting your baby in a pumpkin & sharing the hilarious pics

I figured it was 50/50 on being a Pinterest fail. She didn't cry so I called it a win. Just seeing her expression I there was worth it. I expected what @karastwin's sister saw, which is still cute & funny

We plan on pumpkin buying soon. Pumpkins are fairly cheap up here, even if they're biggish, so I'll have to buy a big one and do this. Smiling or crying, I don't care, it will be awesome. Halloween is our favorite holiday, anyway

I've got to show this to DH. Why didn't I think of putting my baby in a pumpkin! My daycare lady (a wacky friend of mine) made baby butt print pumpkins by dipping my LOs butt in Orange paint & LO hated it. I can only imagine how she'd feel about being in a pumpkin!

I couldn't find a pumpkin big enough for LO that I could lift! DH is back in town now but it's too late to go find one now. It looks so cute though!

Yes I admit being up here in farm country we had a great array of pumpkins to choose from. We got 2 huge ones, 2 regular sized long one ones, and 2 regular sized round ones for $25. In the first one he's sitting in a regular round one, in the second he's in a huge one. Also, when we went pumpkin choosing I specifically chose with the idea I wanted to seat a baby in them
