Lumpy Breast After Milk Dried Up?!

It's been about a month since my milk dried up. I've noticed every now and then my left breast will ache breifly and then be fine. Well today I just happened to put pressure when in ached and it felt like one BIG knot! Should I be worried or is this normal after the milk drys up? I can't express anything out, could there still be milk in there?

    I think you should call your OB.
    I didn't experience this when my milk dried up :-/

    ^^ I second that, call your doctor and have it checked out. Better safe than sorry.
