Is there an 8 week growth spurt?

DD is 8 weeks yesterday and all she wanted to do was eat today. Pretty much nonstop. Wondering if there is another growth spurt around now or just an odd day. She also had some fussiness too. Feel like we just got over the 6 week one not long ago.

There is supposed to be a wonder week at 8 weeks.

^^ this. Weeks 7-9 May show the following per the book:

Cries more often
Wants you to keep them busy
Loses appetite/eats more
More shy with strangers
Clings more
Sleeps poorly
Sucks thumb, or more often than before
