C section and lump above scar

I am calling my doctor in the morning, but does anyone have/had this? It is a little painful to touch and is underneath the skin.

    Yep, had my 2 week appointment and my doctor said it was fluid retention. He said to keep an eye on it but that it should go down by my 6 week appointment. I'm almost at 3 weeks now and it's a bit less painful and my lump is not as hard, so that's good.

    Yes, same here! I was assuming scar tissue. It gets a bit tender if I've walked around a lot but isn't too bad for the most part, so unless it gets a lot worse I'm just going to bring it up at my 6 week appointment.
