Strange sensation, when moving legs

I was sitting on my sofa then went to bring one leg to the side to pull both legs up to lay down and then i felt a sharp pain in lady parts. I am almost 27 weeks with twins and that feeling freaked me out, has anyone else experienced this?

Maybe symphysis pubis pain? Pain where the two sides of the pelvis meet in the middle. I have been getting that from time to time

Yes, I am 22 wks and it hurts a lot. Same with pp I have to sit down to put pants on

Yep, what @hopes4baby said. It started off and on around 16 or 18 weeks and it has been constant since about 20w. Hurts to walk, hurts to move in bed, hurts to side step, hurts to move my legs. Fun fun.
