New to the board!

Hello everyone! I am new to the board and thought I should introduce myself and let you all know about my journey.
I am 33 and my husband is 37. We have been married for 10 years and have been trying to conceive for 6 years. About 3 years ago we finally decided to start up fertility treatments.
My husband has type 1 diabetes and has retrograde ejaculation (semen is redirected into his bladder). We did 6 IUI’s and 1 IVF cycle and we received BFN on all those cycles. After all that we decided to take a break.
We’re now just starting back up. In July I had a Laparoscopy and hysteroscopy procedure done and they found endometriosis on my ovaries. They removed all that and said everything else looks great!
We’re going to have an IUI on my next cycle which should be next week. The RE mentioned that I should try Intralipid to help with implantation. She said we will discuss that more when I go for my baseline next week.
I’m excited but also very scared to start this up again. I just don’t want to go back to that feeling of being let down every single month.
