When did you have to take off your rings?

I know its been asked before but my work connection times out before the search feature works. I'm only 26 weeks and my rings are cutting into my finger! With DD#1 it was a few weeks later, but in the middle of a hot, humid Texas summer so I'm getting a little worried that my swelling has already started.

It depends on what I've eaten the day before, or if I've drank enough water. I pretty much only wear them if we go out in the evening now.

I just recently stopped wearing them. They still fit, but they are getting pretty snug... it's more of a comfort thing!

early...maybe 20 weeks. I was so jealous of all the girls in my birthing class that were still wearing their rings.

I started taking them off in the evening a few weeks ago because that's when I tended to have the most swelling.... but I'd put them back on to go to work. At my appointment this past Monday, my DH mentioned this to my doctor, and she told me to stop wearing them altogether before I have to choose between my finger & my rings. She said she's seen it happen plenty of times!! I'm totally bummed about it -- I'm sentimental about my rings... I totally miss them. So I officially gave them up at 37 1/2 weeks.

I wear two bands and my engagement ring - the ER and the outermost band came off at 36 weeks and the wedding band just came off a few days ago for fear of having my finger amputated (jk). I do have a mark on my finger still so I probably should have taken it off earlier. When the swelling started it wasnt messing around...

Mine still fit fine but about a week ago they started to give me a a wierd skin reaction. There is, like a red itchy rash on my finger where my rings were. I know, gross. I have been wearing them for a few years and have never had anything like this. I guess it's just another of those fun pregnancy bonuses. Does anyone else have anything like this??

They've been fine and moveable until all of a sudden this morning they were kinda hurting and I literally had to work at them to get them off...I'll be putting them in the safe tonight when I get home!

Still wear mine off and on, like one of the other posters said it depends on if I had a lot of water or salt that day I think! I am happy on the days they aren't hard to get on!

Just two days ago. I did not realize how they were cutting in until I pried them off my finger. I am now wearing a plain band my Step-Mom lent me. I miss my rings, they are so pretty.

So far they still fit. At night they are a little snug, but I think I will be able to make it to the end. With ds, they were off around the 6th month.
