Estrogen/progesterone 3 days post FET?

I apologize if this has been discussed before; I've been scouring the board for an hour and couldn't find an answer so I figured I would just post my Q for all of you!

I'm 3 days post ET and went in for bloodwork this morning.  My nurse told me it's a hormone check to make sure any possible pregnancy could "thrive".  I'm told my progestroen is 40 (thank you PIO in the but shots!)  and my estrogen is 118.  Does anyone have any idea what this means? Is it any indication of what's to come (BFN or BFP)?    I'm trying to stay completely distracted during the 2WW (which is luckily only 9 days for me)  but having to go in for blood this morning has sent me into obsessive mode now! 

Any insight anyone has on this would be great--you ladies always know the answers before I can get any from my RE's office!!

    Estradiol and progesterone readings do not give any indication of pregnancy...unfortunately, only time and your beta test will tell you if you're pregnant. Other than that, your numbers are good- progesterone is right where it should be. It's just a waiting game now. Good luck!

    thank you @ tripledagger! the waiting game is a killer!   I'm trying to figure out whether to stay positive,  stay realistic, or have a total meltdown as I wait for next Wednesday!

    I hear ya! The two week wait is generally what I imagine hell to be like haha

    Yea lots of clinics don't even do bloodwork between ET and beta... but your #s are good so just know that you are in the best position possible as of now.

    3/2015-5/2015 IUI #1-3 with clomid + trigger:  CP + 2 BFN
    6/2015 Prep for IVF + ICSI + Assisted hatching
    7/2015 17 high-quality blasts, transferred 1 & froze 16
    8/2015: IVF#1 BFN; prep for FET
    9/2015:  Transferred 2 top grade hatching day 6 blasts
    10/2015:  10dp6dfet 754!! 13dp6dfet 2327!! 15dp6dfet 4919!!
    Present:  TWO heartbeats and all is well!!  G/B TWINS Due Date:  6/16/16

    Thank you @mclorn !  I guess it was nice to see that those progesterone shots are good for something other than creating a spectacle between me and DH in my kitchen every night! :)    Happy to see your  stats are looking awesome---2 heartbeats!  AMAZING news!  SO happy for you!!

    @tripledagger -- right?   I was completely fine and staying busy and distracted til I had to go in for blood work...now i'm like a lunatic!  But I have to say I feel SO MUCH BETTER knowing that i'm not a lunatic alone! :)
