I've been living on soup for lunch, though I've yet to finish an entire meal. I did bring leftover spaghetti today & that went surprisingly well for me. Cheese & crackers, veggies also seem to sit well with me for now. Good luck finding something that works!
I made yellow curry with chicken the their night, it was delicious. Also the 4 cheese tortalloni from Costco. Add some veggies to it and a little sauce, perfect lunch to go
I was on a cheese and crackers with baby carrots kick for awhile. But constipation put a halt on the cheese. I've been eating a lot of leftovers from the previous nights dinner or low sodium soup. I'm also a fan of the old PB&J sandwich with some Greek yogurt.
I second the cheese and crackers idea. I have had no appetite for the last 3-4 weeks, nothing sounds good. Today at work I made a Target run and came back with some triscuits and block cheese. I ate half the block of cheese...I ate more just now in one sitting than I have at any other meal in the last 3 weeks.
Cheese and crackers for me too. Salads, fruit, and simple noodles with melted cheese have all gone down well too. Bland seems to be the flavor of the month for me.
I might not be much help bc I bring lunch to work, but the nausea usually starts around 10am and lasts until 6 or 7pm. Yay.
Anyway, I always have about 4 heat n serve soups in my bottom desk drawer (even before pregnancy, but watch the salt in these).
My go-to list is: crackers and cheese, granola bars, a bottle of Naked fruit juice smoothie, tea (watch the caffeine), Pasta with olive oil and a little parmigiano cheese, celery, carrots, sugar snap peas, broccoli, quinoa, brown rice, taco meat (w/avocado, sour cream, cheese) and a tortilla to nibble, baked chicken or turkey breast, and applesauce (no sugar added).
Now, mind you... just typing and reading this list made me feel woozy, but I try to do the best I can every day. Good luck!
