Re-Intro ready to start trying again

Hey Everyone,

Some of you may remember me from before. My name is Rita and I turned 37 in July. My husband and I have been TTC #2 for over a year. We have had 2 chemical pregnancies and 2 miscarriages. The last MC ended in a D&C which took me a while to recover from physically. I just this week got my first period after the D&C (80 days later) and the Dr has given us the green light to start trying again this next month. Things we will be doing differently this time are taking progesterone and baby aspirin. Hopefully that does the trick :-)

I am excited to start trying again, but obviously Im super cautious now. I took a break from the Bump after my D&C since I wasn't mentally ready to think about TTC for a while. Now that we will be actively trying again I wanted to get involved in the community again since it was such a good place for support before.

I hope to get to know the new people who joined the board since I left and Im happy to see whats been going on with the people I'm familiar with from a few months ago.

Anyway thats all for now I guess. Thanks for having me back!

Welcome back. I remember you. ;) I hope you have better luck next time. I have a MMC and a chemical under my belt so far and I'm going to call my dr to ask if he'll test my progesterone levels. My charts are looking suspicious. Did your dr check yours, or are they giving it to you just in case?

@CarrieandRoy they tested my progesterone during my last pregnancy and it was always low, hovering around 10-12. Plus I have other signs of low progesterone like low body temp, I had a cyst in my uterus once, a short luteal phase. I'm borderline on all these things being red flags but it's enough to make me want to try the progesterone and see if it helps.
