Fibroid question

I just found out at my 12 week appt that I have a 5 cm Fibroid in the wall of my uterus. This is my second pregnancy and I didn't have them with my first. Do fibroids make you look more pregnant than I actually am? My belly is growing pretty fast!

    I also have a uterine fibroid and feel I have been showing for a few weeks now and I am only 11weeks. Depending how big the fibroids are they can definitely make you appear pregnant even if you are not actually pregnant. So it may speed your bump showing process. But 5 cm isn't too huge. I wouldn't be concerned but yes my doctor said with large ones women that were not even pregnant appeared to be due to the fibroid.
