Anyone have positive result for lupus anticoagulant?

I've had this hanging over my head for 8 years and this is my first pregnancy. The doctor says I'm at risk for blood clots and im scared! I just want to know that the baby is okay and me having trouble to find my breath sometimes is due to the weight gain and not a clot in my lungs. Has anybody else had this while pregnant? Did everything turn out okay?

    Lurker here and not pregnant.  I also have a clotting disorder and Lupus, but ironically not the Lupus Anticoagulant.  I will be on Lovenox and then Heparin once I get pregnant.  I will also be seeing the high-risk OB.  Does your doctor have you on blood thinners?  Is your doctor concerned about you having bloodclots?
