Anyone getting hot and cold flashes?

All day today I've gone from feeling suddenly very cold to feeling normal, to having a hot flash! It's so crazy.

Just hot ones for me. They usually come with waves of nausea.

Yes, I get so cold that I feel like I'm getting the flu and bundle all up and then I will break out in a sweat. This happens the most while sleeping sucks!
