Disneyland before I knew I was pregnant

Help! I just barely found out I was pregnant and was at Disneyland 2 days last week. I went on most of the big rides because I really had NO idea I was pregnant. Has anyone done anything like this and was everything ok? I feel so guilty now!

  • The rides wouldn't affect that (IMO).  Babies are really well protected in there

  • Yep, you're good.

  • My SIL was about 8 weeks pregnant at WDW for my wedding last year, and she rode splash, space mountain, and all the other rides. Baby is fine and his first birthday is next month!!

I think the warnings are more for once your belly starts to grow a bit since there are lap bars.

  • I'm sure it's fine. Give your doctor a call if you're really worried.
  • Yeah.  You're fine.  Those rides, IMO, would be more harmful further on than they would be right now.

  • I'm a lurker from February 16 boards.  The ladies above are correct obviously, but I actually went to Disney World the week after I conceived.  Rode all the major rides, walked around in the 100 degree heat, drank a lot of alcohol.  I am currently 25 weeks pregnant with a very active, healthy baby girl!
