Progesterone>Letrozole>HCG trigger shot for PCOS

Hello everyone! I am a new "bumpie". DH and I have been TTC for around 6 years. We are seeing an RE who has us on progesterone, letrozole and HCG trigger shot. This is the first cycle for the HCG. I am dx with PCOS. I am very encouraged by how aggressive and knowledgeable my RE is. I was hoping someone could shed some light on how long it takes for the abdominal cramps to go away after the trigger shot. I am 5 DPO, 6 days after my shot and still have abdominal cramping (last night was the worst yet!). I know it is a normal side effect, I just would like to know how many more days of them I have ahead of me. Thanks for taking the time to read! And for any knowledge that can be passed on. Not sure about the cramps, I did not have them last round with ovidrel. I am also doing letrozole and trigger shot, second attempt. And DH and I have also been trying for few years but just recently started seeing a RE. Good luck to you! The TWW can drive one crazy.

the first round made me very nauseated until i ate something then it was better but the following two rounds did nothing to me.
