Anyone suddenly becoming super hot, then cold?

All day today, I've gone from feeling fine to being suddenly freezing, normal again, then suddenly really hot, in no particular order. It's so crazy! Hormones?

Disregard if this already posted; I wrote it once then thought it disappeared, so I'm rewriting it.

Yes! I feel like I can't get comfortable...I turn the a/c on then I'm too cold...turn it off too hot....and being either too cold or too hot brings on the nausea so it makes it even worse......

Same here. Im wearing sweater around the house on a 75degree weather day. I've been just too cold but my body feels warm. I think its definitely hormones.

3:52am and I'm sweating bullets to the point I woke up from it. my thermostat is at 68. lol

Me too!!!!! I woke up last night FREEZING but I was soaking wet because I was sweating so bad!!!!!! I never did that with any of my other pregnancies!!!! But, I'm 36 now so age may have something to do with it. It's so annoying!!!!

Also, sometimes the bottoms of my feet are so hot I can't sleep!

THIS!!! Yes... I was on the couch in a hoodie, blanket, socks, pants etc. one minute... the next I'm peeling layers off like crazy and sweating profusely!! Crazy horomones...

I'm just so cold. ALL. THE. TIME!
But also feel like I'm burning up. Very similar to how I feel when I've got the flu...ick!

If the freezing continues I would ask your doctor to run your thyroid panels. I have hypothyroidism and this can be one of the first signs. Pregnancy can turn even the mildest unknown case of thyroid issues into full blown. It can be easily taken care of so just a little FYI from your follow freezer bunny

Yes! I am constantly up and down. When I'm home I dress in layers - capris, socks, legwarmers, tank top, tee, and zip up hoodie. That way I can quickly take off, put back on pieces as needed. After about a week of this it seems to have slowed down a bit (less temp changes and more gradual). I'm now just more cold than usual, but I welcome that because I used to be hot all the time.

I get cold very easily but for the last week...I feel insanely hot...( lol that didn't come out right

) Poor DH is freezing because I have the windows open and its not exactly summer outside ha! I thought I am supposed to be pregnant not menopausal with hot flashes.. lmao!

Same for me! Freezing 90% of the day and then I get these super hot spells! I've been dressing in layers as well.

I don't do back and forth, but I'm normally a very warm person. During the first tri of each of my pregnancies I freeze my butt off! It's so bizarre.

My body is cold to touch but i am super hot!! the heat is starting to kill me! Its not really helping that San Diego is around the 80-90s almost every day. Haha

Oh my goodness. Absolutely. I remember this lasting well.after pregnancy with my first too. I can never tell what the actual room temperature is.

SAME! I am freezing most of the day but hot/cold all night long. My husband is getting irritated that I keep kicking him as I'm trying to kick the covers off. Also that I make him turn off the AC and roll up the windows in the car when he's sweating and I"m shivering!
