Bottles/ toys in the dishwasher

Hello all! I was wondering what everyone's thought is about Dr. Browns bottles, plastic links, teething rings, rattles etc. in the dishwasher. I want to routinely clean these items, but don't want to ruin their integrity or warp them. Thanks!!

Re: Bottles/ toys in the dishwasher

  • I've been putting all of my bottles/nipples/pacis in dishwasher with no issues so far. I have a few Dr. Brown's bottles.

We use Dr. Brown's bottles, too, and run them in the dishwasher un assembled. They've held up fine and are on kid #2. Same with teething rings and other plastic or silicone toys. Plush toys go in the washer.

  • Here's a sad funny story, today i got items i ordered online, 8 rattles\teethers and dr.brown microwave sterilizer so i thought since dd always has her toys in her mouth, why not sterilize them?!

Well 4 of them melted :') so im sticking to warm water and soap!
