Never thought I'd be back on thebump, but here I am again for the 3rd time!
Here's my story (sorry it's long.)
5 years ago I gave birth to DH, 2 years ago I gave birth to DS. We were content. We were done. We had the Vasectomy appointment scheduled for this November.
In the mean time, we were using my birth control AND the pull out method just to be extra safe. Had NO slip ups the month of September/October, so confident we were in the clear. I was supposed to get AF on or around the 15th of this month. 6 days passed and no AF, so I was starting to get a little confused since I am normally very regular. I am still nursing my 2 year old son, so I figured that was why it was a little delayed.
Last Wednesday I was at the Dollar Store buying some toothbrushes, and I passed the pregnancy tests. I thought, "hey what the heck it's only a buck." Came home, cooked dinner, forgot about the test. After bathing the kids I came back downstairs to get the toothbrushes and saw the unopened test. Thought, "well I do have to go pee" so quickly peed on the stick and then helped the kids brush their teeth. Glanced at it after a couple minutes and almost passed out--2 lines. I literally thought I was going to die.
So here I am 5 days later, and the shock factor has came down a bit. Thankfully DH has been supportive, otherwise I'd probably be seeking extensive therapy.
Anyways, looking forward to a lot of laughs, cries, and support from each and everyone of you. Prayers for a healthy pregnancy for us all!

Welcome! What a surprise for you guys
This will be my third and I have a two year old at home also. I stopped nursing about two months ago - to the disappointment of DD.
