M: salmon feta pasta T: elk & mushroom soup W: chicken curry Th: chicken pad Thai F: Halloween party - date night Sa: Shoo Vampire Soup (roasted garlic, potato-leek soup) Su: bean and cheese tostadas
Dang! Y'all are all organized!!!!!! I have no idea what I'm making from day to day!!!!! It's usually this: M: Pizza Hut T: McDonalds W: Whataburger TH: Taco Bell F: Burger King Sat: China Express Sun: Dairy Queen
Tonight is meatloaf, sweet potato and green beans. Tomorrow ground turkey tacos and Spanish rice. Beyond that, I can't remember what I shopped/planned for. My guess is there's some sort of chicken and homemade pizza on the menu.
Yikes! I feel EXTREMELY disorganized over here, but inspired too!!
Whenever I get home I figure out what to make. We are trying to be organic and plant based as much as possible, so tonight will probably be roasted root veggies and quinoa, with my favorite thing in the world, roasted asparagus!
Last night I felt like junk food. And lots of it. Trying not to go that route, so I made a big crock pot of lentils, and ended up making lentil sloppy joes on onion bread. Sooooo good! (And surprisingly not as bad for you as i imagined!)
Saturday: As much Halloween candy as I can stomach!
We started eating paleo because my husband wanted to lose weight and get healthier, so we bought a cheap cookbook for recipes... It's crazy good and we still eat paleo dinners even though we've stopped trying when we go out or visit people. And I'm giving myself a pass until after baby!
I wish my life was as put together as all of you who have your meals already planned for the week. Like PP said, I usually decide the day of on what I'm making for dinner. I need help in the meal planning department 8-|

Mmmm I love lentil sloppy joe's (of course with 50% of it being meat!)
For those that need help with planning, you should check out emeals. It is AWESOME. You tell it they type of diet/lifestyle you have (paleo, fast, kid friendly, etc) and it will generate a meal plan for you with a shopping list, organized by the grocery story areas. So easy, and like $5/month. www.emeals.com
Monday: Panko-crusted chicken stuffed w/spinach, tomatoes, and cheese w/veggies Tuesday: Chicken soft tacos with spicy goat cheese queso Wednesday: BBQ Salmon and crispy chickpea salad Thursday: Out (my choice so probably something insanely unhealthy) Friday: BBQ Chicken French Bread pizza things Saturday: Out at BIL and SIL's (to watch niece trick or treat!)
@Nicknshan: Cauliflower pizza crust tasted like cauliflower, but wasn't terrible. But was not worth the process to prepare said crust.

You all are inspiring! My preferred meal plan would be pizza, pizza, pizza, pizza!! But I will be healthier It's hard to meal plan because I'm mostly vegan and my husband is totally a meat lover, so often I'm cooking for just me. Which is boring

I'm jealous Y'all can cook. I'm far too sick to look at food. H has done all the shopping and cooking. I know he has leftovers for tonight, beef roast tomorrow and who knows for the rest of the week. I truly can't eat much of anything, it's been toast, soup, and saltines for me.
