Lactation cookies

Has anyone tried any lactation cookie recipes?
I have been looking at all the different ones and well let's face it, there are a lot of them. Obviously with a new little one my baking time is minimal at best. So I thoug I would see if anyone has tried any recipes and what are you takes on them.
Do they work?
Does it taste yummy?

    I've made a pumpkin spice and apple cinnamon cookie- healthy and tasty, no clue if they work as I'm exclusively breastfeeding

    I have two recipes, one is for m&m lactation cookies. Those are good and I just change what I put in them each time so they aren't always m&ms. They make 50ish cookies, and they freeze well (just put them out on the counter to defrost. Once defrosted, i pop into microwave briefly).

    I have another one that uses a lot more flax seed and nut butter that I made last night. Not bad, but not as delicious as the m&m recipe.

    Personally, I think they help.

    My husband always makes them for me and I eat 2 a day. It's a nice treat and I think the flax seed, Brewers yeast and oats help. I also drink a spinach smoothie or eat some sort of spinach meal each day and drink lots of water.

    I've substituted m&ms with chocolate chips, I've also done butterscotch chips, and I've tried cranberries and white chocolate chips. All were delicious! I may try pumpkin at some point, too.
