Where's Aunt Flow?

So sorry for everyone's losses.  We are ready to try again, but Aunt Flow seems to be MIA.  We are TTC after our second miss.  Both were early, around the 5-6 week mark.  After first miss Aunt Flow showed up 3 weeks later and stayed for about 2 weeks, then again a month later--we conceived that cycle, but lost again.  The second loss has been almost two months ago.  No Aunt Flow and BPN or multiple tests.  This waiting game is so frustrating, especially since everyone around me seems to be announcing pregnancies.  Should I call my OB or just continue to wait it out?

    The typical rule of thumb is to call your doctor if AF hasn't showed up for 60 days. Sounds like you're just about there - give your doctor a call!

    me 30; DH 35
    TTC since May 2014.
    Aug 2014 BFP, EDD April 22, 2015. Low progesterone, started suppositories. Loss at 5w6d.
    Nov 19, 2015 BFP at 13 dpo, EDD July 29, 2016. MMC discovered 12/29 (9+4). Natural miscarriage 1/16 (12+1).
    AMH results 0.42, 1.2; FSH 12.1, AFC 10, dx DOR. 
    RPL testing results normal. Nurse recommended progesterone suppositories in TWW.
    Clomid + trigger + TI cycle August 2016 - failed. Thin lining.
    Femara + trigger + TI cycle December 2016 - failed. Thin lining.
    Short LP (8 days).
    Acupuncture & Chinese herbs starting January 2017, lengthened LP to 10 days

    I'm sorry for your losses.

    My OB said to call if no AF in 6 weeks.

    My dr said anywhere between 4 and 10 weeks is considered 'normal'. I think drs have different opinions but it can't hurt to call and check. I know some people need to take medication to kick start their system.
