Ok anyone else have bad dizzy spells? I'm so dizzy today and can't figure out what's up!

That's was happening to me when my blood sugar was getting low. Eat something.... An apple helped me.

I've been eating today thats what's weird I'm eating again now but I really don't feel hungry! It's so weird!

I had dizzy spells a lot during my first pregnancy. That as actually how I knew I was pregnant. I believe it is fairly common in the first tri. Just make sure you are eating and drinking a lot of water.

When I was dizzy it was because I had a sinus infection. Are you sniffly?

I've had a couple. Just take deep breaths, have some water and a snack!
