Sensitivity of the ClearBlue Digital tests?

Does anyone know how sensitive these tests are? They were actually the cheapest at Walmart when I went, even though I prefer the non-digital usually. Either way, I'm 10 DPO now, but my chart is making me feel optimistic. I'm wondering how long I should wait to test. My brain tells me to hold off a minimum of 14 DPO, and then only test if my BBT hasn't dropped, but the rest of me is anxious. Especially as it's my first cycle tracking, so I'm not sure how long my cycle is.

How do you know you are 10 DPO? Are you temping? If so, I would think if you were to test tomorrow with FMU it would be accurate. When I had DD I got a positive at 10 or 11 DPO (can't remember which) and used a cheapie digital.

But everyone and every pregnancy is different. It's hard to hold off testing when you have so much hope!

@LitlePrety Been temping/charting. Had a very clear rise on CD19 and today it's 11 DPO. Wondering if 12 DPO is typical for a positive, or if I should wait the full 14.

It really depends on how much HCG you have in your system if you are KU. Some women aren't able to get a positive until after they have missed AF. Others can get a line at 9 or 10 DPO. If you are worried about getting a false negative, I would just wait until AF shows or doesnt. Hope that helps!

Digi's are usually less sensitive than line tests, FRER to be specific.

UPDATE:

TRIGGER WARNING ***BFP***

I talked to DH and we elected to wait out til 16 DPO in order to avoid excess testing and going back and forth. Though from 11 DPO on I've had some weird pulling/stretching type crampy pain, plus dizziness, and super frequent urination, we still waited. Today, 16 DPO, we tested right in the middle of the afternoon as temp was still up and AF now about 2 days late. BFP! Kinda in shock, didn't really think it would happen so fast, I just went off BCP on Sept 27th. So, hooray! Hoping to keep hanging out on this board, I feel like I'm just starting to know this group, though I will probably participate on BMB a bit too. According to FF, EDD 7/7!

Thanks everyone! We're super excited and I think MAYBE the news is starting to sink in. Now to hurry up and move into our own place (we're in the middle of getting it cleaned out after another family member moved out) before my grandparents, whom we are staying with, pick up on any strange happenings. Definitely not planning on telling them yet!
