Well part of your answer depends on if you had a trigger shot or not. I did not have one, but others who have test for the positive to go away. My RE wanted me to wait 2 weeks, hence the 2ww. I think most REs would say the same. I tested on my own starting on day 10piui, but only continued with negatives...

But from what I've seen (and I've sifted through a lot of sources), a BFN at 11dpiui means maybe negative, and a BFN at 12dpiui means probably negative, and a negative at 13 dpiui means really probably negative, but it's not definitive until 14diui (and even then, there's a very slim chance, until AF arrives).
Doesn't that sound like an awful way to spend a series of days? I've tried POAS every day starting at 9dpiui, and got way depressed. This time, I feel confident I can just wait until 14dpiui. (I'm 1dpiui right now)
I am sorry that you got a negative yesterday.
Me- 39 (turning 40 in April), TTC for the first time ever (since Jan 2015), low ovarian reserve
Married 3/14/14 to my wonderful wife, but her sperm count is rather low
TTC with frozen donor sperm and science
7 IUIs, 7 BFNs. 2 IVF attempts, both cancelled and converted to IUI, both BFNs. Decided that my tired old ovaries are ready to retire. Next step- reciprocal IVF, using my wife's eggs, my uterus! fresh 5 day transfer (2 embryos) 4/17/17- BFP! Identical twins "due" 1/2/17 (but anticipated arrival sometime December)

Thank You. I don't have any other HPT and I don't plan on buying any. Gonna hold out to bloodwork this Thursday.
