According to LMP, I'm only 6w6d. But I swear I'm feeling kicks at night when I'm laying on my side/tummy. Any ideas? Second time mom, so maybe I just know what to look for? Last time I was closer to 15 weeks before I felt kicks.
Nope baby is only the size of an blueberry and is just developing limb buds. Feeling kicks would be odd unless you are further along in your pregnancy then you think. Normal gi movement can feel similar to early baby though . I think 15-20 weeks is more typical when you hear most women reporting first movement. Some women report as early as 13 but that's pretty unusual.

Baby is waaaayyy too small to feel anything still. Gas can easily be mistaken for a baby moving, a coworker actually assumed the first kicks from her baby were gas until she went to her doctors appt and they caught some of the motion and told her it was her baby and not gas.
Oh man, I wish I could blame the party in my intestines on baby. Sadly, it's just the gluten-free morzerella sticks I made and just ate...so worth it though.
Kicking with what exactly? Your baby is tiny and just in the process of growing limbs. Also your uterus is still very low, behind your pubic bone. You are gassy.
