Hi ladies! I have my 19 week anatomy scan on Tuesday but I can't wait! These photos are from 13 weeks. Any guesses? The US tech wouldn't tell us what she thought because she was only 80% sure. Any insight just for fun?
Just FYI if you lurk some you will see these posts never go over well. No idea on the sex of your baby. Honestly I can't even tell what I am looking at.
Well if it helps ive always been told if they think it's a boy its a boy that doesn't change but sometimes if they believe it to be a girl theres a "chance" that things can be hidden or change w/e and its actually a boy
Seriously? I could so easily just google the info on your pic and call your cell or even mail you my guess which only has a 50% chance of being right. Please edit out your personal info. You couldn't wait 4 whole days before starting a thread that is so completely frowned upon? Ugh... Just ugh...

Doesn't the ultrasound picture have to be of the crotch and not the baby's profile to be able to tell the sex?
I think it's a girl. I'm basing that on your baby's nose, because that's all I can see. I am not a professional, but I have a 100% success rate at determining a baby's sex early by looking at their nose. Such cute blurry noses.
Fair enough, private information was a oversight and obviously was unintentional - but does nobody really remember that first feeling of giddy, excited hysteria waiting to find out the baby's sex ? I'm so sorry that we can't share in other peoples joy and just be supportive !

Yep, I remember being excited to find out DD's sex. Not hysterical, but excited. And I waited until an ultrasound tech confirmed it instead of asking people I don't know on the internet. OP isn't an active member of our BMB so she came here just to ask what she's having and expect strangers to tell her. At 13 weeks no one can tell what the baby is so what's really the point of asking? There's nothing un-supportive about it, it just doesn't make sense and it's a bit frustrating that someone who isn't even involved in this community would come and ask something that we can't possibly answer.

I'm always honestly way more excited to find out if/that my baby is healthy and growing on track than if it's a boy or girl. That's just a perk to me as I'll be excited either way.

Just for fun? Ok, from the looks of it I would guess that the baby is going to be born anatomically female but identify as male and begin the process of transitioning FTM somewhere around late adolescence. So maybe try to pick a somewhat gender-neutral name.

it's not fun for strangers to look at an ultrasound & guess the sex of the baby. it may be fun for the mom-to-be, but not for anyone else. also, i was never sooo excited that i posted asking the ladies on here to guess my baby's sex. this probably would have gone over better if it waa posted under the "show me your ultrasound" thread.

I'm excited for her, truly. But I really have NO CLUE with ultrasounds, haha. I feel like someone is asking me to look into a pitch black room and tell them what color it is. I don't mind playing the guessing game, but that's all that it is . . . a completely random guess.
ETA: just noticed that the ultrasound pics are gone. So that makes it even more challenging for those who know what a boy/girl is supposed to look like.
I found out with all 3 of my kids around 13-14 weeks, so you can definitely tell at that point! I am always anxious to find out as well, so I got one understand where your coming from I hope your appointment goes well tomorrow!
