Why do my boob keep growing!

Ok FTM so excuse my ignorance . I had this theory in my mind that boobs didn't get bigger until the end of pregnancy . I'm only 6w1d and my bras don't fit anymore . Is this a first trimester thing or will they grow the entire 8 more months ??

Different for everyone and every pregnancy. They will probably slow down a bit during 2nd and early third trimester.

Mine are growing too. They can't wait to get out of boob jail everyday. I'm going get some bigger ones this weekend. Ugh, don't want to spend money on that.

I'm at 6w 5d. Rather large cheast for my frame and boobs have always been the first to gain weight, so this should be no surprise. Started off at D...lets see where this takes me. Not excited about this.

My first baby, I was up a cup and a band before I was out of the first tri. Then they didn't get any bigger til my milk came in (day 7 after Ceasarean) and went up 3 more cup sizes. This time, I am already busting out of my old "bigger" (not PP) bras and I cannot stand wearing one.

Mine grow a lot during first tri, then some during the third and another at least two cups once my milk came in. I'm 8w2d and have gone up a cup size so far. At my biggest, I was a 36E when nursing. Ouch. I'm normally a 36C.

Go ahead and order a few new ones! But keep your old ones :-) I fit in them again, as my first DS sucked the life out of them during the first go around.

Lurking from May 16. I'm 11weeks and my breAsts grew a full cup size between week 4 and 6 and haven't grown much since. I think everyone is different

For FTMs, it's common for boobs to balloon early on, and for some women, that's there first symptom of being KU. Last pregnancy, I remember shopping early for a new bra (and actually purchased a nursing bra that came in handy later).

My boobs have been a million sizes! I'm naturally an A, BC made me a B, I was a C last pregnancy, and a DD when my milk came in, then down to a D when my supply evened out! I'm a B now (DD nurses once a day still) but my bra is feeling a bit tight this week. Luckily I have bras of all sizes to choose from! I would definitely go out and get some new ones so you're more comfortable.

I'm actually super excited about my newfound boobage but I am lucky if I fill out an A cup (even after being on BCPS) so I guess I have different circumstances. Kind of disappointed to hear they won't get much bigger in the second and third trimester.

My boobs grew throughout my entire first pregnancy. Like, freaking blew up. I had to buy new bras constantly. They shrunk down significantly PP, but, sadly, they were never the same. This time, I feel like they've become a little more full, but nothing like the first time. And they're not nearly as sore. I'm also still nursing my daughter, so they're still "working." Whether or not that has anything to do with it or not, I don't know. I hope mine don't get as big this time. They made my back hurt.

I'm just over six weeks and for the past 2 weeks my boobs have been insanely sore to the point I need to keep my bra on for the support. I even bought a sleeping/nursing cotton bra for sleeping in because they were getting so big I kept smooshing them and waking myself up. They've filled my current bra to the brim, probably need a new bra soon at this rate. Ugh. My boobs really don't need to get any bigger.

I don't need bigger boobies; they're plenty big enough. I think I've gone up a band size, but not cup size, which is really weird because I've lost about 2 pounds since the BFP, so I shouldn't have more back fat. *sigh* I guess I'm just bloated all over.

Mine grew maybe a cup size when I was pregnant with DS. After he was born they were either porn star engorged or deflated flat pancakes.

(always pancakes about 6 months pp). After I weaned him they firmed up again but now that I'm pregnant, they're slightly bigger flat pancakes again.

First pregnancy my boobs stayed the same (small

until 3rd trimester, then decided to grow a whole cup size in like a week (stretch marks + OUCH). While breastfeeding they went up to a D, then later deflated back to B. This pregnancy my boobs are already growing, I'm up to a C again. Kinda hopeful they just stay this size until LO arrives because I hate bra shopping ha.

In answer to your title pregnancy

They will grow throughout your pregnancy at varible rates. The will also grow again when your milk comes in and feel rock solid. Get good nursing bras or I found sports bras to be very comfortable.

Mine didn't return to normal size until I weaned dd and it took a few months for me to dry up.

Okay, I'll be "that girl." My boobs are sore off and on but they have not grown and I'm really annoyed. That was the one symptom I wanted!! haha
