Belly Pain

so I'm 40 weeks Sunday and haven't had any contractions that I'm aware of. Starting today my belly has been very sore not in my abdomin but around the front of my belly, my belly feels hard at the same time - but - it's not a quick thing, it lasts up to ten minutes at a time.
What do you think it is?
