Is anyone else dealing with a thyroid problem? I just recently found out I was pregnant and just worried because my thyroid levels aren't where they should be they are at 7.2 right now.
I had my checked every week for the first month. I am on .200 and it finally went into normal range at 1.8 the last test. My only advice is to stay on top of having it tested which will help keep your mind off of it. Good luck!

I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism with my last pregnancy. I'm pregnant with my third and it apparently went away.
I have hypothyroidism and when I found out I was pregnant they tested my levels which were 16.2. After a higher dosage meds and a month later they are all in normal range. Take your meds everyday same time and they should go back down with time and monitoring.
When I had my reoccurring pregnancy loss testing done it was discovered that I had elevated thyroid levels. They weren't too terribly high but my docotor did end up putting me on medication. It has seemed to help a lot I think.

Okay. Thank you so much. It gives me hope. I've been taking my meds they just seem to not be able to get my levels right - I'm hoping with me being pregnant they will figure something out. Since my level is at 7 Im trying to be positive!
I was hyper since i was 17 then got normal without meds for a few years. Now that im pregnant in hypo. My levels were 4.2 and was put on synthroid 50mg. I see the doc in two weeks for a follow up.
@jdrdnr .75 MG is what I'm on and it's been since summer. When I first went from .50 to .75 it actually went too low so my doctor had me take the .75mg for 6 days. Well now it's up again so she has me taking it 7 days a week and she said being pregnant it should equal it all out. I go next month to check it out again. I'm trying not to worry about it or read much on it.
