Too much too soon?

At what point did you stop freaking out about contractions? I'm 25 weeks and went to L&D per the nurse's request for mild contractions and back pain. They monitored me for a bit and let me go home on 48 hour bedrest. That was a week ago and I've been feeling lots of painful contractions since. Today the contractions have been going again and my back is hurting so much. I feel like I don't know if I'm just panicking or if there is real concern there. What have you ladies experienced. Am I just being paranoid?

    With twins especially I think it's good for you to trust your gut, if you feel like something is off call your doctor.
    I don't think you can be too careful!
