Does it mean a lot to you for her to have a middle name? If you can't think of one, she doesn't HAVE to have one. I don't have a middle name and I'm totally cool with it
If you do really want her to have a middle name though, maybe go for a family name? My baby's is going to be Rose, because my mom's name is Rosemary and my grandmom's name is Rosaine, so it honors both.
You could always pick a few names and see what you like best or what flows well. That's how I picked the middle name I'm using. You could use Marie as a middle name though if you wanted a suggestion
Lovely name! I agree with PP that one syllable would probably work best. I love Genevieve Rose and Genevieve Maeve, which were already mentioned but here are some other ideas:
Thanks, everyone. I think Genevieve Lane Hollett is my favourite, because 'Lane' is a bit less common than some of the other options. Now to to convince the very picky husband. Unfortunately, we don't have any great family names to pick from, but our families will expect baby to have a middle name. We just finalized our boy name choice yesterday. Baby's sex is going to be a surprise to us.

Genevieve Rose is lovely. Genevieve June or Genevieve Maeve are pretty too.
