Best double stroller that accommodates infant seat?

Hi! My boys will be 21 months apart...and lets just say that my big boy is a very spirited child ;)
I'm looking for a double stroller with a 5 point harness for my little Houdini and infant seat compatibility.  Which strollers do you love and why?

    We have a graco ready2grow.. We love it. It's definitely made trips out of the house a lot easier. We baby wear a lot too and it's still handy with only one of our boys in it.

    https://www.albeebaby.com/baby-jogger-city-select-stroller.html City Select can be single or double. We got one and didn't buy the second seat yet. We will put the regular seat in the bottom position and the infant seat will go in the upper position. DD will be a couple months over two years when LO gets here.

    We are getting the City Select GT Double Jogger. I don't know why its called a jogger because it is not actually meant for jogging. But it can handle 1 or 2 car seats and its easy to fold.
