I am so sorry! Frequent, small meals. Lots of rest and stay hydrated - if water isn't cutting it try flavored water. Mints, sour candies...something to suck on
Ginger ale? Or they have ginger candies you can suck on. Babies r us has some prego pops I think they're called and they are suppose to help with ms. What about a sea and for sea sickness, but I've heard it helps pregnant moms too.
I have Hyperemesis gravidarum according to my midwife which sounds like the same issue you have. I've tried everything sea bands, ginger candy, raw ginger in my cheek, ginger ale, preggie pops, mint tea, everything. Last night I found the only thing that works. Toast with peanut butter and frozen, yes FROZEN, blueberries. Idk why it works but it does. You will find the one thing that helps you just trust your cravings. Also remember that women can survive on toast and juice or water for three months and everything is fine.
I am the same way! My ob ended up writing me a script for something to help. today was my first full day taking it and other that some very light nausea i've been a lot better. It started with a d.. digalis maybe?
I have also been given a script for diclegis. Works wonders!! I have also heard of essential oils to help if you rub them on your wrists-- lemon and peppermint. I never threw up, I was just nauseous all day and couldn't take it anymore so doc wrote me a script! Feel better!
Thanks!!! It's been so bad!!! I don't even know what to do!!! I will try some of these things out!! I'm just hoping this will end soon❤️ I have waited for 7 years for this!!
Hi, I'm always really sick.. amd certain smells make it worst like mint.. my Doc told me today b6 and unisom.. 1 b6 vitamin and 1/2 unisom supposed to have the same ingredients as zofran just cheaper

Just make sure it's the Unisom with doxylamine and NOT diphenhydramine
