Membranes sweeped

So today at my 39 week appointment my midwife said I was 1-2cm dialated and 75% effaced n swept my membranes... Does this mean I'll be going into labor soon?

    I had my 39 week apt also checked and was 4-5 cm dilated 90% effaced and a +2 station. I am being induced at 6am unless little miss shows before then.

    I had about the same numbers last week at my 39wk appointment and had the sweep done. Still pregnant at 40w!

    I've had my membranes swept (or as we call it in my house fisted bc OMG that crap hurts) week 38 & 39 and I still have tiny feet in my lungs lol. Same with my son... no matter what you do these buggers come when they feel like it lol
