DS didn't have cc but had a very dry scalp. We used olive oil and combed it out. it worked great.

DS is 7 weeks and we're struggling with this too. First he had it on his eyebrows pretty bad. I brushed the scales off in the bathtub with a soft comb and my fingers, then applied coconut oil. It looked so much better by the next day. Then he got it on his scalp ... tried the same thing and it helped but I need to do it more often.

Coated whole head with coconut oil, let sit for 5-10min, brush repeatedly with baby fine tooth comb, wash scalp (and body) with natural baby wash (I love welelda)... Poof, gone!

My ped said we could use selsum blue twice a week. Used it once and it cleared it up immediately. She also suggested putting a little oil on the scalp as well

Our dr reccomends 1% hydrocortisone cream once a day. Works right away! We tried everything with my son and that was the only thing that worked.
