  Only a doctor can definitively answer this for you-- I don't know ur specific circumstance. However-- In general, no, a miscarriage should not affect your fertility in any way

  @joanna8888 as trippledagger said we cannot say if you will or will not but I can tell you no a miscarriage will not typically affect your fertility in any way. Especially only one.
  
  I can tell you my story though unfortunately I have had three miscarriages and am now struggling with infertility. I was diagnosed with a blood clotting disorder after my third loss . All I can say if you have a second miscarriage be your own advocate at your doctors office, they will tell you testing is done after three but I wish I would have spoken up for myself because the third one and even the second one could have been avoided had they done testing earlier as the fetus all three times showed no chromosome abnormalities. I currently am struggling with infertility after the losses.
