I miscarried at 12 weeks almost 2 weeks ago. My bleeding has stopped but today I started having cramps again, has anyone else had a similar experience? This wouldn't be my cycle starting already would it?
I'm sorry for your loss. I would think the cramping is still an after affect from the m/c. 2 weeks would be awfully soon for anything related to a period.

I miscarried at 10 weeks, in early September and the bleeding didn't stop for a couple of weeks. I was expecting my period to take a while after the bleeding had stopped, but it came only about 2 or three weeks after the bleeding stopped (which would be just over the length of my normal cycle from the start of the miscarriage).
I was worried it was related to the miscarriage, and went to see the doctor, but it turns out it was just my period coming back earlier than expected.
Has it been 2 weeks since the start of your miscarriage or 2 weeks since it stopped? If it's the latter then perhaps your body got straight back to normal as soon as it had started.
I am going through a similar scenario. I stopped birth control (NuvaRing) in June.. fairly normal periods after even though I have a history of endometriosis and long cycles. I started bleeding September 24th and thought it was my period ( was the exact day I was supposed to start). When it hadn't stopped after 2 weeks, I called by doctor and the nurse said to take a pregnancy test. Sure enough, it was positive.. my hcg levels were tested on Wednesday Oct 7 and again on Friday and had fallen from 286 to 255. Nurse said I was about 5 weeks.. but I had been bleeding for 2 weeks prior to that.. so idk.. Here we are October 19th and I am still bleeding. It is so weird. It comes in waves and most of it is in the mornings when I first get up. I went through a week or so of mostly brownish blood and now its bright red again. Like I said, it tappers off for a few days then comes back in full force. Still having cramping and contraction like feelings all day long. By 4 or 5 oclock each day I don't even have to wear a pad. I just want to know when this will be over! everything I have read says 2 weeks of bleeding, tops! This has been going on for almost a month and I feel so drained emotionally and physically. My nurse doesn't seem to be alarmed so I guess I am ok.
Thank you, I read some sites online where they stated it was "ovulation pain" but I've never felt that before so I'm just not sure. I only felt them that one night, by the next morning the cramping had stopped and there was never any blood...but thank you for your replies
