Question for the ladies who signed up for free Sam's Club

I called in late September for this, and I know several of you all did so as well.

Was just wanting to get an update on this and see if anyone had received anything in the mail about this?  I feel like someone said it was supposed to be mailed in by October 15th but I could be wrong.  Was thinking about giving them a call in the next week if I didn't get anything back about it.

    I just got mine yesterday. They did say by October 15th so mine was a few days late. You have until November 22nd to activate it. So maybe just give it a few more days and then call.

    Exactly what @SU1989 said, received mine yesterday and said we have til Nov. 22nd to set it up. Hopefully going this weekend to do mine.

    That was my other thought. If I go in and tell them that I called in and didn't receive anything in the mail they'll just go on ahead and sign me up?

    I mean, I went into the store on the last day because the phone line was busy and I got my card. You could always try. Did they give you a confirmation number or anything?

    I got mine in the mail on sat but I haven't gone in yet bc it's like 30 mins away. Maybe this weekend. Hopefully yours will be there soon :)

    I emailed them on the last day. I got mine late last week.

    If you go into the store and go to customer serivce, they should be able to look you up with your information. Should be. Don't quote me 100%, I used to work on the sales floor so I only know half of this kind of thing.

    I called and there was a recording saying the mailers would arrive by late October due to the high demand. :)
    Mama Bear to Ollie, Leilah, and Lennon. Pregnant with Little Moo 2.0 (our rainbow baby). Due 02/14/2016.
