Help me hide my acne!

I never used to use concealer (because I don't like to spend a long time putting on makeup), but my pregnancy acne is OUT of control. We're having family pictures taken in a couple weeks and I want my face to look normal! What kind of concealer do you guys recommend? What brands do you like/dislike?

    I like Vincent Longo Creme Concealer or this NYX concealer. Or if you want a great full-coverage foundation, my favorite is Laura Mercier Silk Creme. Nothing like a good full-coverage foundation to minimize the need for concealer.

    If your acne is red/irritated, try a green concealer. It neutralizes the redness.

    I started getting crazy deep cystic acne. The redness is pretty bad and if i put makeup over it, it looks purple. So I use a green concealer and then apply foundation afterwards. I use the L'OREAL Magic Anti-Redness Correcting Primer and then I use MAC's Studio Fix Fluid. The Studio Fix Fluid provides a lot of coverage for me. I also bought one of those Clarasonic facial brushes. I use it in the morning and at night. I can't really tell if it's working yet. I've only been using it for a couple of weeks now. I'm thinking that it wont and I'll just have to wait it out :(

    I put 10% benzoyl peroxide cream on my face at night, my last OBYN said it was safe for preggos.  Works pretty well for getting rid of zits.

    I've been continuing to clean my face with Clinique for combo skin. I cover up with Lancome Teint Idole. Works pretty well!

    I need a new foundation and concealer too. I was using Mac bb cream with SPF and Neutrogena concealer with salicylic acid. But I read certain ingredients in sunscreen and salicylic acid are bad for baby. Just using mineral makeup now, but it's not enough coverage. Trying to go as natural as I can with my products though.
