Contractions OR Braxon Hicks?

in 3rd Trimester
Hard belly since noon today, I'm 31 weeks pregnant feeling very uncomfortable
It's 9pm no relief
I had off and on contractions for few days but today it lasted more then few hours
Pregnant with my 2nd child and I can't remember if I'm having braxon hicks or labor?
I was going to walk for some exercise but I'm very uncomfortable to do it and hard to breath
I have follow up appt on Thursday
Anybody experience what im going through?

    Sounds like BH. Labor contractions are consistent, get closer together over time, and get more intense. Drink some water, put your feet up and relax. See if that helps.

    If you have to ask, it's probably bh, especially at only 31 weeks. Relax and drink lots of water. If that doesn't help, call your doctor.

    Today I've been getting cramping lower stomach
    Off and on for couple hours
    If the cramps continue I'll call my midwife
