Gripe Water question

For those who EBF, how do you give your LO gripe water? My LO guy is extremely gassy today and had a hard time falling asleep. I feel so bad. He soo tired. He's not colicky or anything, perhaps it's something I ate. Ugh.

    I use a medicine dropper/syringe.

    I give with a syringe as well only after I've fed, changed, snuggled him, and tried to help get gas out (burping, bicycles, belly massage)but it does work normally when he's just inconsolable

    It comes with syringe or dropper. If he is extremely fussy and having a hard time passing gas then I give him some. It usually works pretty fast and baby seems happy 30min to an hour after it.
