Sick LO and breastmilk

DS is almost 15 weeks (feels weird to still say weeks) and he has a stuffy nose and his temperature is around 100. I'm breastfeeding and I know my milk will adjust to what he needs if he's sick. He's in daycare, and they have a supply of frozen milk there. I kept him home today, but if he goes tomorrow and the next few days should I take in fresh milk to make sure he gets the antibodies?

Fresh milk is always good. Have you talked to the doctor yet about the fever? They'll be able to give you more specifics.

I heard it's best if it comes straight from you (rather than frozen). Otherwise, in sure fresh frozen is better than old frozen.
