Returning diapers

I know there was a discussion on this way back when we were all having our showers, but anyone have suggestions as to returning packs of unwanted diapers? I have a brand that I just hate. They don't fit LO well at all and I have a bunch of packs. Can I return them anywhere? Will Babies R Us take them even if they weren't purchased there? Thanks!

    We took a few packs back to the grocery store (Kroger). They issued us a gift card for the price. I think most places will accept them as long as it's a brand they carry.

    I think there's a way to scan or look up the Barcode to determine which stores sell it with that code. Anyplace will take them but they have to be able to scan that code I believe.

    I return them to Walmart and get store credit with no problem

    Make sure the store carries them. I've returned some to target and received a gift card. The only issue I've had was we purchased some honest co. Diapers (love their wipes, just not a fan of the diapers) from their website and even though target carries that brand the pack we got didn't come up in their system so I couldn't return them there.

    You can return them to any store that sells them for store credit. I've done it at multiple places and worst case scenario they scan it and say they weren't bought here

    I just returned some to Walmart,no receipt, no problem, they gave me store credit

    I tried returning something to babies r us and they made me jump through a bunch of hoops to try to find a receipt.

    I had trouble returning Huggies to Buy Buy Baby but haven't tried elsewhere.  I got a big box of the newborn size from someone as part of a gift.  They scanned them and said "nope, not from here, sorry!"  I also have Honest Co. diapers I don't want.  They don't fit my LO right and leave indents on her skin (and they are definitely the right size).  I think I am just going to donate all of them.

    I took mine back to Target because that's where we were registered. As long as they carry them they'll take them back and give you a gift card!
