Spotting at 7 weeks

in 1st Trimester
I am 7 weeks pregnant I've been having some spotting like after sex is that Normal? Am I hurting the baby ? I'm worried

    In my case I also had a spotting at my 7th week of pregnancy this is just an impartation bleeding but to be sure I had my ultrasound done to double check if the baby is fine. Also, my OB advised us not to have sex first in the first trimeater because this stage is very delicate.
