lightweight stroller for B-safe carseat?

I am looking for a lightweight and affordable stroller that will work with the Britax BOB B-safe car seat. I have a bob stroller but I'm having a csection and I know I won't be able to lug that thing in and out of my SUV for the first month or two. Last time I had a Graco seat and snap n go which was ideal, however that seat is gone and a friend is giving me her like-new Britax seat and bases, so I need to find a similar option for those first months and for travel where the BOB is not ideal. Other posts have said the b-safe doesn't work with the universal snap n go by baby trend :( Anyone have suggestions?

    Thanks, I was hoping to find something under $100 since I have my BOB and this is my last baby. I can't seem to find any info on adaptors for a snap n go, do you know where I can find them?

    ETA: I'm reading that taking the sides off the b-safe works with some snap n go's, is that what you were referring to?
